Our Story
Origins & Vision
We started with a simple but powerful question: “How can we develop a more efficient hand – and in doing so unlock better results for more people?”
This question led Atlasbalans (the Swedish Med-Tech company behind our work) on a path of continuous innovation — from the very first prototype to today’s award-winning M1 and M2 machines.
From the earliest days, our focus was the fascia — the body’s 3-D network of connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, organ, and cell. New research shows that fascia plays a much larger role in health, pain, and recovery than previously understood.
Driven by this insight, we designed tools that extend the human hand’s reach and power: creating harmonic pulsations that spread through the fascia like rings on water, treating large areas quickly and deeply.
The Innovation & Breakthroughs
Our approach rapidly gained attention when a 2019 study found that patients with Frozen Shoulder experienced remarkable improvements after treatment with our machines:
87% of participants improved their range of motion (ROM) by 30 degrees or more.
52% improved by 60 degrees or more.
30% regained full ROM.
These results validated our belief: treating the fascia system — via harmonic pulsations at optimized frequencies — can produce outcomes that were previously considered impossible.
From there, we pushed further: treating chronic Low Back Pain, optimizing manual therapy workflows, and helping therapists deliver better results in less time.
Our Mission & Why It Matters
At our core, we believe in three things
- People deserve therapies that work. Too many treatments stagnate because they rely on outdated methods. We push for measurable, repeatable results.
- Therapists deserve tools that amplify their skill. We design not to replace the human touch, but to extend it — deeper, broader, and with less physical strain.
- Innovation must be evidence-based. From the anatomical research to clinical case studies, everything we do is grounded in science and validated by real-world outcomes.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between manual therapy’s art and the precision of engineering — unlocking better results, for more people, more reliably.
Join Us on the Journey
We are just getting started. Our tools are now used by therapists around the world — from physiotherapists and chiropractors to wellness professionals and sports medicine experts.
If you are a therapist, researcher, or individual committed to high-quality movement and pain relief, we’d love to connect.
