Research about Fascia in horses and validation of the treatment
Did you know the Atlasbalans played a small part in the first study about fascia and horses?
In 2015 veterinary Vibeke s Elbrond was the first one ever to publish a research study on fascia on horses. But did you know that she used the Atlasbalans M1 to validate her findings – and at the same time showing the effect the machine has on fascia? By using the machine and showing how the vibrations spreads from the neck to the back, down to the hoofs, she proved the connection of the fascia lines.
- Veterinary Dr. Vibeke Sødring Elbrønd has found through autopsy that the horse has the same kind of chains and networks of connective tissue through the body, as found in humans by Tom Myers.
- Since the horse is a quadruped these lines – also described as chains – are 90% consistent with those in humans. Vibeke’s study was presented at the Fascia Research Congress in Washington DC, September 2015.
- To test her hypothesis Dr. Elbrønd did a parallel study on six horses in which Atlasbalans’ treatment machine was used.
- Swedish Fascia Vibes was validated as efficient when it comes to the treatment of fascia to reduce tension and increase blood flow.
